Approved Revisions to Wedding Times & Architectural Guidelines
Following the Board Meeting on January 29, 2026, the revised Event Times and Architectural Guidelines have been officially approved. The final versions of both documents are attached.

Tree Trimming Update
V&A Tree Services has been contracted to complete the remaining common area tree trimming and should be done this week.
President’s Day Holiday – Island Staff & Contractor Schedule
Please remind your contractors that Monday, February 16th is a federal holiday (President’s Day). Workers will not be permitted to work on the Island that day and should plan to work Tuesday through Friday instead next week.

Island Staff Schedules:
- The Janitorial Crew will observe the President’s Day holiday on Monday, February 16th. Trash pickup will resume on Tuesday and Friday next week.
- Bemus will also be on-site Tuesday through Friday.
- RSC Kevin Miser will also be on the Island Tuesday through Friday.
Fireline Project – Moves Forward
The Fireline ballot opening was held on January 23.
Of the 21 ballots received, 18 were valid and counted, with 11 in favor and 7 opposed. Fireline has been approved. The Board will determine next steps following the upcoming meeting to review the new design
plan.
Garage Spalling
Management is currently soliciting proposals to repair the garage spalling and ensuring that the proposals received are comparable to the scope of work.
Cutting Garden
Shareholders and your family are welcome to pick flowers for personal use, but please share clippings across the gardens so everyone can enjoy a variety of blooms. Limit the quantity taken at one time.

- North Tip: Rose Garden by the tennis courts
- South Tip: Two planters near the southwest seawall
